This Virtual Currency Policy explains how virtual in-app points, coins, Gems, Diamonds, wallet balances, reward points, premium virtual items, and related balances are earned, credited, used, managed, verified, adjusted, redeemed, or removed inside TicX Reward (βAppβ, βweβ, βourβ, or βusβ).
By downloading, installing, accessing, creating an account, earning points, using Gems/Diamonds, requesting rewards, using premium features, or participating in app activities, you agree to this Virtual Currency Policy, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Membership Policy, Refund & Verification Policy, and Reward Task Policy.

TicX Reward is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older, or the legal age required in their country to use reward-based app features.
The App is not designed for children.
If we discover that an underage user has created an account, used virtual currency features, submitted personal information, requested rewards, or used premium features without proper legal permission, we may restrict the account, delete related data, remove balances, cancel pending requests, or take other appropriate action.

All virtual currencies and virtual items are digital, app-based, limited to TicX Reward, and subject to app rules, verification, limits, fraud checks, country availability, partner availability, platform policies, and admin review.
Virtual currencies and virtual items are not real money, not cryptocurrency, not investment assets, not bank deposits, not salary, and not guaranteed real-money value.

TicX points or Coins are reward-based virtual in-app points that may be earned through user participation.
Users may earn TicX points or Coins by:
β’ Completing available tasks
β’ Watching videos
β’ Reading articles
β’ Playing games
β’ Completing quizzes
β’ Using spin or scratch-style activities
β’ Participating in offers or hot offers
β’ Completing offerwall or partner activities
β’ Joining missions, streaks, or milestones
β’ Inviting friends according to referral rules
β’ Participating in Mine Zone Game activities
β’ Other reward-based activities approved by the App
TicX points or Coins are subject to successful completion, verification, limits, availability, and app rules.
Completing an activity does not automatically guarantee points if verification fails, rules are not met, or suspicious activity is detected.

Gems and Diamonds are virtual in-app items that may be used for selected app features, premium options, boosts, membership benefits, promotion tools, store items, or other app-based services where available.
Gems/Diamonds may be:
β’ Earned through app activities, if available
β’ Awarded as bonuses, if available
β’ Converted from eligible in-app balances, if supported
β’ Purchased only where permitted by platform rules and app policy
β’ Used for premium app features clearly shown inside the App
Gems and Diamonds:
β’ Are virtual app-based items
β’ Are not cryptocurrency
β’ Are not investment assets
β’ Are not bank deposits
β’ Are not guaranteed real-money value
β’ Are not redeemable for cash unless a specific reward option is clearly available and permitted by app rules
β’ Cannot be transferred between users unless the App clearly allows it
β’ Cannot be sold, traded, rented, or exchanged outside the App

If TicX Reward is installed or distributed through Google Play, purchases of eligible in-app digital goods, premium features, subscriptions, virtual currencies, Gems, Diamonds, boosts, or app-based digital services may be required to use Google Play Billing according to Google Play policies.
Where Google Play Billing is required, payment confirmation, purchase handling, cancellation, and refunds may be subject to Google Play rules.
Manual or offline payment verification may only be available where permitted by applicable platform rules, country availability, app version, distribution method, or app policy.
If a payment option, virtual currency purchase, Gems/Diamonds package, premium feature, or membership benefit is not available in your country, app version, or platform, it may be disabled, limited, or removed without notice.
Important: earned or awarded points may be issued inside the App according to app rules, but sold virtual currency or paid digital items may require Google Play Billing where applicable.

Mine Zone Game may include virtual point activities, claims, boosts, chests, milestones, energy, calendar rewards, team benefits, event bonuses, conversions, or related virtual app features.
Important:
β’ Mine Zone Game is a virtual in-app points feature.
β’ Mine Zone Game does not mine cryptocurrency.
β’ TicX Reward does not use your device for crypto mining.
β’ Mine Zone Game does not generate real cryptocurrency.
β’ Mine Zone Game points are virtual app-based points.
β’ Mine Zone Game balances are subject to limits, eligibility, verification, conversion rules, and app settings.
Claims, boosts, chests, milestones, conversion rates, daily limits, events, and Mine Zone Game rules may change, pause, reset, or stop at any time.

TicX points or Coins may be redeemable only through available reward options shown inside the App.
Redeem options may include available digital rewards, codes, vouchers, gift card options, wallet-based options, or other reward options where supported by app rules and country availability.
All redemption requests are subject to:

β’ Daily or total limits
β’ Country availability
β’ Reward availability
β’ User eligibility
β’ Correct reward details
β’ Activity verification
β’ Partner approval
β’ Fraud checks
β’ Admin review
β’ App policy and platform rules
Once a redemption request is submitted and approved, it may not be cancelled, reversed, or refunded unless required by applicable law or app policy.
Reward approval is not automatic and may be delayed, rejected, limited, cancelled, or placed under review.

Some reward options may be provided by third-party partners, gift card providers, payment providers, or external services.
TicX Reward is not responsible for:
β’ Third-party reward availability
β’ Third-party reward delays
β’ Third-party service errors
β’ Expired or unavailable codes after delivery
β’ Loss, misuse, sharing, resale, or wrong use of delivered codes
β’ Restrictions set by third-party reward providers
β’ Third-party terms, policies, or redemption conditions
Users should carefully check reward details before submitting a redemption request.
Once a reward code, gift card, voucher, or digital reward is delivered, the user is responsible for keeping it safe and using it according to the providerβs rules.

Gems, Diamonds, or similar virtual items may be used for app-based premium features where available, such as:

Using Gems/Diamonds does not guarantee:
β’ Higher earnings
β’ Reward approval
β’ Real-money value
β’ Leaderboard ranking

β’ Redemption approval
Premium or Gems/Diamonds-based benefits may be limited, changed, paused, revoked, or removed according to app rules, platform rules, security needs, policy compliance, or technical requirements.

TicX Reward may allow conversion between selected virtual balances where available, such as TicX points to Gems, Mine Zone Game points to TicX points, or other app-supported conversions.
Conversion features may be subject to:

β’ User eligibility
β’ Fraud checks

Conversion rates, minimum amounts, maximum limits, and availability may change at any time.
Converted balances may not be reversible unless the App clearly allows it.

Virtual balances may remain available as long as the user account is active, compliant, and eligible.
TicX Reward may expire, reset, limit, or remove virtual balances if:
β’ The account is inactive for a long period
β’ The account violates app rules
β’ Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
β’ The account is deleted
β’ The feature is discontinued
β’ Technical, legal, platform, or security reasons require it
β’ A balance was credited by mistake or system error
Where possible, notice may be provided for major changes, but urgent changes may be made without notice for security, legal, technical, or policy reasons.

TicX Reward may adjust, reverse, remove, or correct virtual balances if:
β’ Points were credited by mistake
β’ Duplicate rewards were credited
β’ Partner verification failed
β’ Task completion was invalid
β’ Fake or suspicious activity was detected
β’ VPN, proxy, emulator, automation, or multi-account abuse was found
β’ Reward or payment proof was fake, edited, reused, or misleading
β’ User violated app rules or platform policies
β’ Technical or accounting correction is required
No compensation is provided for balances removed due to fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, or policy violations.

Users must not:
β’ Sell TicX points, Coins, Gems, Diamonds, or virtual balances outside the App
β’ Buy virtual balances from unauthorized sources
β’ Transfer balances between accounts unless clearly allowed by the App
β’ Use fake accounts to earn or redeem rewards
β’ Use bots, scripts, click tools, automation, VPNs, proxies, or emulators for abuse
β’ Manipulate task, reward, redeem, wallet, promotion, referral, leaderboard, or Mine Zone Game systems
β’ Upload fake payment proofs or fake reward proofs
β’ Exploit bugs, loopholes, server errors, or system weaknesses
β’ Attempt to hack, modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with the App
Violations may result in balance removal, reward cancellation, account restriction, permanent ban, device/IP blocking, or legal action if required.

To protect users and the App, TicX Reward may monitor virtual currency activity, task history, reward history, ad activity, offerwall activity, referral activity, promotion activity, device signals, IP activity, and redemption behavior.
Security checks may be manual, automated, or partner-based.
If suspicious activity is detected, we may:
β’ Delay balance credit
β’ Reject reward approval
β’ Remove TicX points, Coins, Gems, Diamonds, or virtual items
β’ Cancel pending redemption requests
β’ Restrict selected features
β’ Suspend or ban the account
β’ Block related accounts, devices, or IPs
β’ Request additional verification
Admin and security decisions related to fraud, abuse, balance adjustments, and reward verification may be final.

If a user deletes their account or requests account deletion:
β’ All virtual balances may be forfeited
β’ TicX points, Coins, Gems, Diamonds, and virtual items may be removed
β’ Pending rewards may be cancelled
β’ Pending conversions may be cancelled
β’ Membership or premium benefits may be removed
β’ Promotion access may be removed
β’ Deleted accounts may not be restored
Some records may be retained temporarily where required for fraud prevention, accounting, security, legal compliance, reward verification, or dispute resolution.
Google Play User Data policy also requires that when an app account is deleted on user request, associated user data must be deleted, unless limited retention is needed for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.

Virtual currency activity, wallet records, reward history, redemption details, payment verification details, task activity, device signals, IP-based region, and fraud-prevention data may be collected and used according to our Privacy Policy.

β’ Reward delays or rejections
β’ Technical errors or downtime
β’ Lost points, Gems, Diamonds, or wallet records caused by fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity

Users are responsible for using the App and virtual currency features carefully and fairly.
