This Membership Policy explains the types of memberships, free access, optional premium features, Gems/Diamonds, subscriptions, verification, refunds, account deletion, and fair usage rules inside TicX Reward (βAppβ, βweβ, βourβ, or βusβ).
By downloading, installing, accessing, creating an account, using membership features, purchasing or using premium features, or participating in app activities, you agree to this Membership Policy, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Refund & Verification Policy, and Reward Task Policy.

TicX Reward is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older, or the legal age required in their country to use reward-based app features.
The App is not designed for children.

TicX Reward may use Gems, Diamonds, virtual items, boosts, or other app-based virtual benefits.
Important:
β’ Gems and Diamonds are virtual in-app items.
β’ They are part of the App experience.
β’ They are not cryptocurrency.
β’ They are not investment assets.
β’ They are not bank deposits.
β’ They do not represent guaranteed real-money value.
β’ They cannot be exchanged outside the App unless a specific option is clearly provided inside the App.
β’ They cannot be transferred between accounts unless the App clearly allows it.
β’ They are subject to app rules, limits, verification, availability, and platform policies.
Gems, Diamonds, premium benefits, boosts, subscriptions, or membership features may be changed, paused, removed, limited, or discontinued at any time according to app rules, platform rules, security needs, or technical requirements.

If TicX Reward is installed or distributed through Google Play, payments for eligible in-app digital goods, premium features, subscriptions, virtual items, Gems, Diamonds, boosts, or membership benefits may be required to use Google Play Billing according to Google Play policies.
Where Google Play Billing is required, purchase confirmation, cancellation, and refund handling may be subject to Google Play rules and payment systems.
Manual or offline payment verification may only be available where permitted by applicable platform rules, country availability, app version, distribution method, or app policy.
If a payment option, premium feature, or membership benefit is not available in your country, app version, or platform, it may be disabled, limited, or removed without notice.

In some permitted cases, TicX Reward may allow manual or offline verification for selected premium features, Gems, Diamonds, memberships, promotion tools, or app-based benefits.
Users may be required to submit valid proof, such as:

Submitted proof must be genuine, readable, unaltered, and must match the request details.
Fake, edited, duplicate, unclear, mismatched, or misleading proof may be rejected and may result in account restriction or permanent ban.

Users must not submit fake, misleading, adult, hateful, scam-related, gambling-related, hacking-related, illegal, or policy-violating promotional content.

Refunds and cancellations depend on the payment method, platform, membership type, delivery status, usage status, and applicable law.
If a membership, subscription, or premium feature is purchased through Google Play Billing, refund handling may be subject to Google Play rules and payment systems.

β’ Use emulators, VPNs, proxies, fake devices, or abnormal devices for abuse

β’ Manipulate membership, tasks, rewards, ads, referrals, wallet, redeem, or leaderboard systems
β’ Submit fake, edited, duplicate, or misleading payment proof
β’ Abuse premium features, boosts, promotions, or membership benefits
β’ Exploit bugs, loopholes, server errors, or system weaknesses
β’ Sell, rent, transfer, or share accounts
β’ Use stolen, fake, or unauthorized payment or account information
β’ Violate app rules, Terms, Privacy Policy, or platform policies
Violations may result in:

β’ Point or Gem deduction

No compensation is provided for membership benefits removed due to fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, or policy violations.

Membership revocation due to violations may result in loss of premium benefits, Gems, Diamonds, pending rewards, promotion access, and related app features.

If a user deletes their account or requests account deletion:

β’ Unused Gems, Diamonds, points, or virtual items may be forfeited
β’ Pending rewards may be cancelled

β’ Membership benefits cannot be transferred to another account
β’ Deleted accounts may not be restored
Some records may be retained temporarily where required for fraud prevention, accounting, security, legal compliance, reward verification, or dispute resolution.
