• In-app chat, help, support, and feedback features

Feature availability may vary depending on user activity, country, app version, admin settings, partner availability, verification status, and app rules.

We may update, change, pause, limit, or remove any feature at any time for security, maintenance, policy compliance, fraud prevention, bug fixes, partner availability, or service improvement.

TicX Reward may include virtual in-app points, Gems, bonuses, reward history, wallet features, and available redemption options.

Important:

• TicX points and Gems are virtual in-app reward points

• Points, Gems, bonuses, and reward-style items are part of the app experience

• Virtual points are subject to app rules, limits, verification, and availability

• Reward values, limits, conversion rates, processing times, and availability may change at any time

• Completing an activity does not automatically guarantee reward approval

• Rewards may be approved, rejected, delayed, limited, cancelled, or unavailable if rules are not met

TicX Reward is not an income app, investment app, loan app, cryptocurrency app, gambling app, betting app, or financial services app.

The App does not promise fixed income, guaranteed earnings, passive income, employment, salary, profit, or guaranteed real-money value.

Any reward or redeem option shown inside the App depends on eligibility, country availability, activity verification, app rules, partner availability, and approval status.

Mine Zone Game is a virtual in-app points feature inside TicX Reward.

Users may be able to:

• Join team-based activity features

• Use or convert virtual points according to app rules

Important:

• Mine Zone Game is for virtual in-app engagement only

• Mine Zone Game does not mine cryptocurrency

• The App does not use your device for crypto mining

• Mine Zone Game rewards are subject to limits, eligibility, verification, and app rules

• Boosts, chests, milestones, claims, conversion rates, and limits may change at any time

Any fake activity, technical manipulation, abuse, automation, or violation of rules may result in reward rejection, point removal, account restriction, or permanent ban.

6. 🎮 Games, Quizzes, Tasks & Offers

TicX Reward may allow users to participate in games, quizzes, tasks, videos, articles, offers, hot offers, surveys, and partner activities.

Tasks may include:

• Playing games

• Completing quizzes

• Completing offerwall or partner tasks

• Participating in missions and streaks

• Inviting friends

• Using promotion or engagement features

Task availability, reward value, daily limits, total limits, verification rules, and approval status may be controlled by the App, admin settings, and third-party partners.

A task, offer, or reward may be rejected or not counted if:

• The task is incomplete

• The task is completed incorrectly

• Partner verification fails

• Daily or total limits are reached

• Fake, repeated, or suspicious activity is detected

• VPN, emulator, proxy, automation, or multi-account misuse is found

• The user violates these Terms, Privacy Policy, app rules, or partner rules

7. 💳 Redeem & Reward Processing

TicX Reward may provide available redeem or reward options inside the App.

Reward processing may depend on:

• User eligibility

• Country availability

• App rules and limits

• Minimum redeem requirements

• Daily redeem limits

• Partner availability

• Fraud and security checks

• Correct details submitted by the user

• Approval status

Users are responsible for entering correct reward or payment details when required.

We are not responsible for delays, failed rewards, rejected requests, or lost rewards caused by:

• Incorrect user details

• Fake or misleading information

• Unavailable reward methods

• Third-party service issues

• Partner rejection

• Policy violations

• Suspicious or unfair activity

• VPN, emulator, multi-account, proxy, or automation abuse

Once a reward request is submitted, it may be reviewed, approved, rejected, delayed, or cancelled according to app rules.

Pending rewards may be cancelled if a user deletes their account, violates rules, or fails verification before processing.

Users are responsible for the content they submit.

You must not submit promotion content that is:

• Fake, misleading, or deceptive

• Illegal, harmful, abusive, or unsafe

• Adult, sexual, hateful, violent, or offensive

• Spam, scam, phishing, or fraud-related

• Related to gambling, betting, drugs, weapons, hacking, or illegal services

• Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights

• Against Google Play policies, third-party policies, or app rules

We may approve, reject, pause, remove, limit, or restrict any promotion at our discretion.

Promotion approval does not mean that we endorse the promoted content.

• Exploit bugs, loopholes, server errors, or app weaknesses

• Reverse engineer, modify, hack, tamper with, or attack the App

• Upload fake, edited, stolen, or misleading proof

• Use stolen, fake, or unauthorized information

• Sell, buy, rent, or transfer accounts

• Abuse promotion, chat, support, referral, redeem, or wallet features

• Violate any law, policy, partner rule, or third-party terms

Violation may result in:

• Reward rejection

• Temporary account restriction

• Permanent account ban

• App features will remain unchanged

• Data, points, wallet records, or activity history will never be affected by technical issues

We may update, pause, limit, or remove features when needed.
