This Reward Task Policy explains how reward-based tasks, activities, offers, videos, games, quizzes, articles, missions, referrals, Mine Zone Game activities, offerwalls, and other participation-based features work inside TicX Reward (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

• Admin-controlled availability

Task availability, reward values, task rules, cooldowns, and limits may change at any time without prior notice.

We may modify, pause, remove, disable, or replace any task to prevent abuse, improve app quality, follow platform rules, fix bugs, manage partner availability, or maintain system security.

• Mine Zone Game is for virtual in-app engagement only.

• Mine Zone Game does not mine cryptocurrency.

• TicX Reward does not use your device for crypto mining.

• Mine Zone Game rewards are subject to limits, eligibility, verification, and app rules.

• Claims, boosts, chests, milestones, conversion rates, and limits may change at any time.

Any fake activity, technical manipulation, automation, or abuse may result in reward rejection, point removal, account restriction, or permanent ban.

• The user closed the app during the activity

• Suspicious or repeated activity was detected

Ad availability may vary by country, device, ad network, user activity, and partner availability.

TicX Reward does not fully control third-party task availability, tracking, approval, rejection, or reward timing.

Reward approval for third-party tasks may depend on confirmation received from the partner. If the partner does not confirm completion, the reward may not be credited.

Leaderboard or mission rewards may be adjusted, rejected, delayed, or removed if suspicious activity, fake activity, automation, multi-account use, or abuse is detected.

Admin decisions related to leaderboard rewards, mission rewards, streaks, and fraud prevention may be final.

Users must not submit or participate in fake, misleading, illegal, adult, hateful, scam-related, gambling-related, hacking-related, or policy-violating promotional content.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, modify, or tamper with the App

Violations may result in:

• Reversal of credited rewards

If suspicious activity is detected, we may:
